Diana is an innovative leader with over 20 years of management and organizational experience in the technology vertical. She is a certified professional coach and facilitator with over 3000 hours working with both individuals and organizations to navigate the mechanics, marketing, and mindset of leadership development with emerging leaders as well as C-Suite executives. Her most recent coaching clients include Technology Companies, Large Scale Start-Ups, Global Financial Institutions, Big Pharma, as well as Consultancies.

Diana also serves on the leadership team of a start-up platform, whose mission it is to create a world-ready workforce. In addition to participating the creation of organizational strategy and building internal systems, she leads a team of coaches and develops programming to prepare individual contributors as well as emerging leaders in career launching, career progression, elevating DEI, as well as the overall improvement of culture and mental health.

Prior to coaching, Diana managed National Accounts for Fortune 500 and 100 companies, managed and developed sales teams, built new and profitable territories, and created operational systems for SMBs.
